Lockdown

Sceptile, Impish nature.

Lockdown is a pokemon owned by a bounty hunter (Calder.) He will, however, refuse to acknowledge himself as “owned.” His is missing his right arm, and has a metal hook and jointed appendage in its place. Lockdown’s scales on his face have been burned away in a fight, leaving an eerie white scar that spreads over his visage. Fearsome black stripes line his eyes and jaw, caused by a mutated strain of poke'rus that he has contracted. The poke'rus is transmitted through his toxins and saliva. The Sceptile is tricky and fast, and often works during the late night alongside his master.
